1. Digital Product Delivery
At Serialcode.shop, we specialize in selling Intuit QuickBooks products, which are delivered digitally via email. Since we do not sell physical products, there are no shipping fees or physical deliveries involved.
1.1 Delivery Timeframe
- All orders are processed instantly upon successful payment.
- In most cases, you will receive your product key and installation guide via email within 5–15 minutes.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or system delays.
If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at Qbsupport@serialcode.shop for assistance.
2. How You Will Receive Your Product
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a separate email containing:
✔ Your QuickBooks license key
✔ A detailed installation guide with activation instructions
✔ Customer support contact information for any assistance
3. Order Issues & Non-Delivery
If you experience any issues with your order, such as:
- You have not received your product key within 24 hours.
- You received an incorrect key or encounter an activation issue.
- The email provided was incorrect, and you need us to resend your key.

4. Refunds & Replacements
Since we sell digital software licenses, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a product key has been delivered and activated. However, if you receive a non-working or invalid key, we will provide a replacement key after verification.
